About Feeding America Recall Notices: The Feeding America national office issues notifications of all national Class I and II recalls–those involving a health hazard situation in which there is reasonable probability that eating the food will cause health problems or death–and other recalls that may affect the safety of food supplied to network members.

The acronym FANO seen in some recall notices stands for Feeding America National Office.

USDA Recall Classifications
Class I This is a health hazard situation where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death.
Class II This is a health hazard situation where there is a remote probability of adverse health consequences from the use of the product.
Class III This is a situation where the use of the product will not cause adverse health consequences.

Sweet Earth Natural Foods Issues Voluntary Recall of Mispackaged Big Sur Burritos That Contain the Santa Cruz Burrito: Potential Allergy Concern for Those with Milk Allergy - 6/1/16

Sweet Earth Natural Foods is voluntarily recalling its Big Sur Burrito, 7 oz, due to a packaging error. As a result, a small number of these products contain an undeclared milk allergen.

These retail products were distributed nationwide from our manufacturing facility between the dates of March 30, 2016 and May 6, 2016.
