An Easy Way to Check In
The MANNA Mountain Card is an Easy Way to check-in at select MANNA Partners who are using Mountain Community Insights.
Mountain Community Insights safely and confidentially stores your information to quickly check-in each time you visit a participating MANNA Partner Food Distribution. This program helps us understand our community to better serve our neighbors’ needs.
The MANNA Mountain Card allows you to answer questions once to join Mountain Community Insights and receive your card. You’ll then enjoy anonymity and ease at future visits to pantries within the network.
Mountain Card Benefits:
- Sign up once and be able to check-in at all participating partners.
- Household members are included, and can check-in with the Mountain Card or a picture of the barcode. If you lose your card you can still sign in with the name or phone number provided at sign-up.
- By just checking in you are helping us better understand how we can counter food insecurity together.

How do I get a Mountain Card?
Check in at participating MANNA Mountain Card Partners and sign-up to get a card.
What if I forget my card?
You can check in with a picture of the card or use the name or phone number you provided while signing up.
What do I do if I lose my card?
If you lose this card, please contact your MANNA Partner for a replacement. Upon request, you can also use your library card, grocery card, or anything portable with a barcode. Let your MANNA partner know and they will help!
Do I need to use a card at participating pantries?
No, it is completely optional and up to you if you’d like to participate.
