Be it resolved that it shall be the policy of MANNA FoodBank to hold as confidential any personal information collected through digital campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms, including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, and zip code.

Information collected through these channels will be used solely for the purpose of connecting individuals with MANNA FoodBank programs and services, including SNAP application assistance, food resources, and related community support. This information will not be sold, rented, or traded to any third party.

By submitting a form, individuals consent to being contacted by MANNA FoodBank via phone, email, and text message for the purposes stated above. Contact information may be shared with MANNA FoodBank’s authorized service providers solely for the purpose of facilitating these communications. These providers are contractually obligated to protect this information and may not use it for any other purpose.

Individuals may opt out of communications at any time by contacting MANNA FoodBank directly or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any communication received.

Under no circumstances shall information collected through digital campaigns ever be released to any federal, state or local candidate, political party, political committee or political entity, except as required by law.

Our privacy policy regarding donations to MANNA FoodBank.

Be it resolved that it shall be the policy of MANNA FoodBank to hold as confidential its donor list information and not to sell, rent or trade any donor list information with any third party.

Exceptions to this policy can only be made upon the concurrence of the Board and after donors have been given ample opportunity to request that their donor information be excluded from any subsequent distribution.
