How MANNA Helps
We’re part of Feeding America’s nationwide hunger relief network. MANNA brings in millions of pounds of food through donations, purchases, and government programs. From our warehouse in Mills River, we distribute food to our partner network, who run pantries and meal sites. We also host Community Markets to reach neighbors where traditional services may not exist.
You’ll never need documentation or a referral to receive food.
You know best what your household requires.
TEFAP is a program that provides free, nutritious food through local food pantries.
This food is made available through a federal program and offered alongside other pantry items.
Many partners offer full-choice shopping, where you pick the foods that work best for you and your family.
Mountain Community Insights
Some sites use a tool called Mountain Community Insights to ask optional questions about your household. This helps us understand community needs and improve services. Sharing this information is always your choice.
