Nature’s One of Lewis Center, OH is voluntarily recalling three lots of PediaSmart® Dairy Vanilla complete nutrition beverage powder packaged in 12.7 ounce cans, which bear the lot numbers located on the bottom of the can. This product is generally consumed by individuals between the ages of 13 months – 13 years old. The result of measuring product with the smaller scoop is that only 60% of the labeled nutritional content will be consumed per serving.

Brown & Haley of Tacoma, Washington is taking the precautionary measure of expanding its voluntary recall to include one additional lot of Mountain Thins “Trail Mix” flavor that may be impacted by sunflower seeds contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

LAKELAND, Fla – Publix Super Markets is issuing a voluntary recall for Nut, Seed and Raisin mix because it may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes. The containers of prepackaged nut, seed and raisin mix were sold at Publix retail produce departments in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina with a UPC of 000-41415-08886, 002-25143-00000, 004-00002-10396, and include all date lots.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – ACH Food Companies, Inc. of Memphis, TN is recalling Durkee® Salad Topping, Food Club® branded Salad Topping and Hy-Vee® Garden Style Salad Topping because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Updated: Hickory Harvest Expands Recall of Certain Sunflower Kernel Products Because of Possible Listeria Monocytogenes

Akron, OH, – Hickory Harvest Foods, under advice from its sunflower kernel supplier, SunOpta, is expanding their recall of a limited number of products that have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. These items are in addition to the items recalled on May 4, 2016 and May 20, 2016.

The additional products were packaged at, or distributed from Hickory Harvest between the dates of June 22,2015 and May 31,2016.

Gold Medal, Gold Medal Wondra, and Signature Kitchens Flour Recalled Due to Possible E. coli O121 Contamination

MINNEAPOLIS – General Mills is collaborating with health officials to investigate an ongoing, multistate outbreak of E. coli O121 that may be potentially linked to Gold Medal flour, Wondra flour, and Signature Kitchens flour (sold in Safeway, Albertsons, Jewel, Shaws, Vons, United, Randalls, and Acme).
