Fall and winter are the perfect time of the year to enjoy a warm bowl of soup and thanks to our Nutrition Works team, you can now enjoy a delicious Crockpot Navy Bean Soup.

Crockpot Navy Bean Soup
– 16 ounces dried navy beans
– 5 cups water
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 15 ounce can of corn
– 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cook over low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours
– Once the beans are soft, the soup is ready to eat!
Sopa de Frijol Marino en Olla de Barro
– 16 onzas de frijoles marinos secos
– 5 bazos de agua
– Escurrirse y ponerlos en la olla
– 2 cucharadas de aceite de cocina
– Una cebolla picada
– 4 dientes de ajos picados
– 15 onzas de maiz de lata
– 14 onzas de tomates picados
– 1/2 cucharillas de oregano seco
– Sal y pimienta
– Cociendo en lumbre baja por 8-10 horas o a lumbre alta por 4-5 horas
