Good Morning America Celebrates Butterball Donation with MANNA

Last week, our friends at Butterball delivered a massive holiday gift: 1,500 frozen turkeys (and we mean huge turkeys!) just in time for families across WNC to enjoy a holiday meal together.

We were honored to welcome Good Morning America to MANNA as they spent the morning with our team and volunteers to share this incredible moment of generosity with the rest of the country.

In October, we received two truckloads of turkey breasts and holiday sides and distributed them across the region for Thanksgiving. If your family is looking for support this Thanksgiving, please visit our Food Finder to find our closest partner to you.

These Butterball turkeys will be distributed through our partner agency network as well, starting December 1, to help carry neighbors through the December holidays.

Moments like this remind us of the power of community and how much can happen when people show up for one another. Thank you, Butterball. Thank you, GMA. And thank you to our Western North Carolina community for making the holidays brighter for our neighbors.
