Food Donation Drop-Off

Our facility is under construction, and donation procedures may change daily. Look for the Food Donations signage near the Volunteer Center entrance.

For large donations (300+ lbs.): Please contact our Food Sourcing Manager ahead of time so we can coordinate drop-off and logistics.

Host a Food Drive

Hosting a food drive is a meaningful way to support neighbors facing hunger in our community. Whether you’re organizing with friends, coworkers, or your school, we’re here to help you get started and make your food drive a success.

These Food Donations Are
Needed the Most We prioritize foods that are healthy, shelf-stable, and easy to prepare. 
Check out our list below.

NOTE: Check with us before donating perishables to ensure a designated staff
member or volunteer is able to receive your donation.

Proteins

  • Low-sodium or water packed canned poultry

  • Low-sodium or water packed canned seafood

  • Dried beans, peas, and lentils

  • Low-sodium canned beans and peas

Healthy Fats

  • Low-sodium nuts and seeds

  • Natural nut butters with no sugar or oil added

Fruits & Vegetables

  • Low-sodium or water packed canned vegetables

  • Canned fruits in 100% juice

  • Dried fruits and vegetables with no added sugar

100% Whole Grains

  • Whole wheat pasta, barley, quinoa, and brown or wild rice

  • Whole grain cereal with less than 6g added sugar per serving

  • Stone ground grits

  • Rolled or steel cut oats

Accepted vs. Not Accepted

What We Gladly Accept

We accept more than you might think. This includes products that are still safe and usable even if they’re not store-perfect:

  • Items with close expiration dates
  • Surplus or discontinued inventory
  • Shipping errors or mislabeled goods
  • Cosmetically flawed but sealed packaging
  • Garden-grown produce

We also welcome non-food essentials like:

  • Toilet paper and paper towels
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Personal hygiene products
What We Cannot Accept

To keep everyone safe, we’re unable to accept:

  • Prepared meals or leftovers
  • Opened packages or damaged goods
  • Homemade foods
  • Items without nutrition labels
  • Glass containers
